Powerful and Global-Friendly Smartphone

Based on my experience, this smartphone has exceeded my expectations .With its Snapdragon processor, I can multitask smoothly without any lag. Its unlocked feature allows me to use it with any carrier around the WORLD, making it a great travel companion. However the battery life could be improved. Overall, i highly recommend this phone for its high performance and global compatibility..

Huge disappointment

Here's the thing - I was using a Pixel 4a and wanted a bigger Android phone. I have used Samsung before and found many deals on S20 Plus so I gave it a try and will return it in 5 days. Here's what I found: Samsung has created a clunky, non-intuitive interface that complicates even basic functions. I understand why people are switching to Apple, which isn't easier, but it seems.
