Great Software For Businesses That Work With Customers

Snapforce CRM provides us with a wide range of tools to help us manage our customers. From the customer relationship management system, to the ability of assigning customers to teams, Snapforce CRM makes it easy to keep track of our customers. Pros
  • I like that we can send messages through various platforms such as email or chat messenger in addition to texting them directly from within SnapForce CRMs interface! Also very user friendly once you learn what everything does which isn't too hard since there's so much functionality available already without having had any training at least when compared other softwares i've used before..I think this product would be good if your looking into using SMS messaging capabilities

Great for tracking email and contact management

The most helpful thing about this product was its ability to integrate with our accounting system so we could manage everything in one place instead of having multiple systems open at once (and forgetting what I had done). It took some time getting used to but it's not too difficult now - if you're willing to put your mind into learning how best use things like tags etc then there are no real issues! We've noticed an improvement over other products when managing contacts/emails from day-to-day

Pros
  • Overall ease is just wonderful, although sometimes takes more effort than others..I think for that reason alone people find they need training before seeing results which can be frustrating!! :)
Cons
  • For me personally nothing really because my role doesn't require much contact management beyond internal communications
