Amazing tool for background investigations

I think that it is easy to use, fast results are obtained in minutes or hours instead of days/weeks spent waiting! It's very efficient at finding information about applicants who have not been vetted by other agencies (e.g., credit bureaus). Sometimes there will be errors where an applicant has had their social media profile removed but they still show up as active users - this can sometimes lead into confusion when reviewing applications from former employees with previous employers having…

Great way to screen candidates on social media platforms

I love how quickly you can screen candidates to see who is best fit, this software helps reduce time taken in finding right candidate! It works great when it comes with proper training so that user isn't confused while using them. Sometimes there are delays at times during peak hours or if any issue arises they get very slow response from support team as well!! If budget allows then go ahead otherwise consider other options available out of box like LinkedIn etc which has more features included

Extremely good customer service & helpful people

I like that they have an in house team of experienced attorneys, investigators etc to make sure we are getting accurate results each time with their software - it's great! It is important not only as far as accuracy goes but also speed when doing these types of searches so you don't want anything slow or glitchy (which happens sometimes).
