Surprisingly Effective Tool

Based on my experience, this automotive tool is nothing short of impressive. Its design makes it easy to use, and it fits perfectly. This tool is a must-have for any serious motorcycle maintenance enthusiast. The only downside is its price, but it's worth it for the quality of work it delivers.

Hinge tool broke immediately

I used a hand ratchet with it, not an impact wrench or anything; broke in half in just 2 seconds. You can see the black imperfection in the steel. I haven't tried the shift cable tool.

The hinge pin tool worked with no issues, but the shifter cable bushing wasn't the right fit for my cable.

The shifter cable bushing is 15mm in diameter but my shifter cable is 9/16". I wish I had checked before ordering but apparently I trusted the product description too much which said that it fits the Mercruiser Mercury Alpha One Gen 2 cable. I ended up buying an extra deep 9/16 inch spark plug boot that worked great.
