Extremely bright. I just want a night light that will keep me from bumping into walls and corners. I liked the idea of red, which keeps me from waking up fully, but it's so bright it still wakes me up. Might work better with the light facing down instead of out.

This was purchased to use in my bathroom. I like that the light is not visible unless the room is dark. This is the perfect solution for a late-night visit. The plug-in LED night light color provides ample light without disturbing my sleep cycle. The only downside for me is the size, but I can live with that. I would recommend this product.

Red color received. In daylight (lights off) the light is a soft pink which I don't really like but I really wanted the red light to be easy on the eye when going to the bathroom at night. See photo. Despite the color it's still a decent product (owner for a week). It doesn't seem bright enough, but when my eyes are used to the dark (the real reason I bought it was to go to the bathroom at night), it's good enough.

These little lights look nice and bright, especially if your eyes are used to the dark. I put one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom so I could navigate in the middle of the night without turning on the regular lights (which always made it hard for me to get back to sleep). My husband insists on completely dark sleeping conditions so night lights are out of the question no matter how dark it is. Those red lights don't seem to bother him though and they've been a great investment.

I love this night light! We have it in the bathroom. It doesn't wake us up at all in the middle of the night like regular lighting does. It's a big square, so it covers another nest. I have to unplug it to use the hair dryer etc, but it withstands constant plugging/moving, unlike regular bulb night lights where the elements fail and the bulb burns out. I bought the red glow because I read that red wavelengths of the light spectrum are better for your sleep cycle. I also recently learned that red and amber light will cause your pupils to dilate further than white or blue light, meaning your field of vision in the dark outside of a red and amber light source is much larger than with white light.
