Good but not the best

I'm not sure if you would take this review positively or negatively. I ordered it for my desk phone at work. I used to have a similar shoulder pad that was foam and was much more comfortable. This one is made of plastic. It's soft plastic but not as comfortable as foam rubber. I ordered this for its antimicrobial properties. exchange I think.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Doubtful

I'm having problems with my right shoulder. So I hooked this up to a receiver at work and literally carried that receiver around with me and pinned it to every desk I sat at. Everyone always laughs and gapes and says they hate it. Until they use it. Then they're sad when he's gone. Serious. If you are using a wired phone. The ergonomics are amazing.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • For the old one

So glad I ordered twice - SO EASY SO VALUE

Everyone who lands on this page should buy this project because you are here for a reason. I don't think I've ever reviewed Revain, but here I am. I suffer from terrible neck and back pain and my job requires me to be on the phone at my desk all day. I work in 2 different offices and the FIRST day I used it I ordered the 2nd. This is of great importance. Added bonus: the support keeps your phone from rubbing against your face all day, and we all know how messy those things can be. I think this…

Pros
  • Outstanding Overall
Cons
  • Infinitely Slow

The best pillow I've ever used.

Bought 3 of these for my new job about 6 months ago and they all work great so far. I talk on the phone at least 4 hours a day so they are essential to keep my neck from hurting for the rest of the day. They have a shiny hard surface but are quite spongy so rest assured you are a pillow. Unlike previous phone pads I've used, the glossy finish makes it easy to clean with a disinfectant wipe or whatever you use. There were no liability problems. Peel off the plastic wrap (you may need your nails…

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Can't remember

It's good but not great

I bought this item because I work in an IT call center where I answer the phone all day and often type at the same time. I was expecting it to be comfortable for typing and talking, but the problem is that you still have to tilt your neck a little to get the phone stable. Let's say you want to hold the phone to your ear with one hand while using the mouse with the other - the extra circumference the shoulder pad adds makes it more difficult. So it doesn't feel like an upgrade from the standard…

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • For seniors
