It was the equivalent of putting A&D ointment on your mustache. The mustache looks greasy, shiny and sweaty. When you're in, it's cool. Unless. Understand what you are getting yourself into.

I grew my first mustache and the skin underneath was itchy and scaly. I ordered this balm and it really helped. I run my fingers over the product in the jar, then over my mustache and it melts into my hair. I use a brush to spread it evenly. It has a light floral citrus scent that doesn't last long. Sometimes a bit greasy skin where there is no hair, but I wash it with my fingers without any problems. It actually helps moisturize my lips which is a plus.

Works fine but made in China if that matters to you. I wish I had known that before buying. They don't tell you on the page, but you'll know when you see the box it's in.

This is conveniently omitted from the description "this is a can of Vaseline MADE IN CHINA". I don't know anyone else, but I'm definitely not going to smear myself with that dirt! The smell is more reminiscent of used motor oil than mango.
