Great tool to help protect your business and improve customer relations

I like how easy it is for my team members who are not computer savvy or have no interest in computers at all (like me) can use this system without needing any training! It also allows us as legal professionals access into our clients' databases so we know what they're doing with their licenses before there's an issue requiring resolution by lawyers - which saves time & money both ways!! Sometimes some information isn't immediately accessible but you need more info than just "what do customers…

Pros
  • The system is user friendly for non geeks and people with no background in computers
Cons
  • It's sometimes a hassle to have to re enter certain data because it's not always immediately available

Great support and service!: software_DNA

The customer support is excellent! They are always willing to help you with anything related to our licenses or even just general business questions we have about their service as well. I love how easy it has made things for us by having all of this information in one place (the dashboard). It's definitely not perfect but there isn't much out here right now anyway so no complaints at least yet! We've been using them quite some time already without any problems whatsoever - they do great work…

Pros
  • Also nice that if something goes wrong then an admin will get back quickly via chat too when needed instead than getting phone call which would take hours before someone gets connected who could resolve issue better sooner rather later since person calling may be remote from US/Europe etc
Cons
  • Not enough info available for non technical employees like myself sometimes due lack proper understanding / access permissions required within my role
