I like how easy it is for my team members who are not computer savvy or have no interest in computers at all (like me) can use this system without needing any training! It also allows us as legal professionals access into our clients' databases so we know what they're doing with their licenses before there's an issue requiring resolution by lawyers - which saves time & money both ways!! Sometimes some information isn't immediately accessible but you need more info than just "what do customers say?" You get multiple sources where one might be incomplete while another may provide too much detail about something else entirely. And sometimes its nice being able solve problems yourself rather then having someone tell ya whats wrong when really nothing has changed. !
