The best solar lights! for lighting and ceiling fans

These are very nice solar lamps. I use them in my chicken coop and so far I like them. They're very bright and you have the option to change the setting, and they still offer a decent amount of light on a low setting, so don't worry about that. I would recommend these solar lights to anyone who wants to add some light to their chicken coop or shed.

Pros
  • ready
Cons
  • can be retrofitted

I'll order another one!

Bright light. I love intensity controls. I place it on the hallway ceiling for my Airbnb so people can go to the second floor at night without leaving the hallway lights on. I stuck it in the ceiling and then routed the wires through the window to the second floor balcony for better sun. Lots of wire was supplied at great value

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Almost everything is there

Used in chicken coop

I like this light so far. It is bright and turns on automatically at dusk. After the first full charge, it worked at maximum all night. I wanted it to turn off after a few hours, but I don't mind going back to turn it off. I really wish the little button was more user-friendly and hard to press, but it wasn't enough to ward me off the light. I actually bought a small DC timer that I'm going to hook up to it so it goes off automatically at dusk and turns itself off after a few hours.

Great Sunlight

Over the past three years I have purchased several solar powered lights to illuminate my covered porch/patio. I didn't have good results until I bought these lamps. First off, the solar panel is about 6 inches square (about three times the size of other lights I've bought), the power cord is a similar diameter to a light's cord, and is detachable so you can plug it in through the wall and finally light. has three different lighting modes. This light is bright enough for me to read on low…

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • No Insurance

Bought for use in chicken coops in winter. They've only been installed for about a week so far, but they work great! You have 3 levels of brightness to choose from, turn on automatically at dusk and so on. They last until dawn and then turn off automatically. Very easy to install, only a screwdriver is needed. The solar panel is conveniently sized and comes on an adjustable bracket. The on/off/brightness switch is located on the side of the lamp. We have one lamp for every 15' x 15' coop and…

NOT as bright with lights and ceiling fans

CONS. To turn on the light you have to turn off the solar panel, which doesn't make sense to me. The on/off switch is located on the light block. ADVANTAGES - Works well. NOT very bright. It's better than nothing in total darkness. Put 2 in my storage bin but not enough light for my application. The solar panel and light appear to be of good quality. I think it will be ok for camping, in a tent and even during a power outage. already in a mild case. You need to connect to the solar panel to…

Lots of design flaws

Good: - This is a light that is connected to a solar panel. Redesign needed: - When the panel is connected, the light sensor is also connected to it. in the solar panel. The key is to place the panel on the outside and the light on the inside. When the panel is outside, the light will not come on in the dark barn because it is still light outside. - The switch is a small button. - It's hard to reach and find in the dark. - When it's light outside you can't tell what mode you're leaving it in…

  • Big selection
Cons
  • Hard to say

Now it works perfectly. for central to ceiling lights

Nice light after I rewired a bit. I needed a light in a dark building on my property. Before sunset, the building is dark inside, but the lights don't come on until it's dark outside. I was looking for a tape over sensor but it actually detects that the solar panel is supplying power and won't let the light come on. The LED panel is held by 2 screws. Underneath is a battery and circuit. I removed the screw from the small circuit board and flipped it over. I tried jumping between L- and B-. The…
