Solar Shield Sunglasses Classic Square Review

These are true polarized sunglasses that are very useful when you need extra sun protection. I'm upset that I lost them and will buy another pair. The streamlined design eliminates glare on the sides.

I have tried others and found this to be the best brand in terms of polarized optics, fit and overall quality. They fit comfortably over regular sized glasses without appearing bulky or clunky. The pieces that fit over your ears are thin and well designed to stay out of the way of your regular glasses.

They are big enough to fit my large frame. And the brown color of the lenses is perfect, not too dark for the summer sun. I have a second sun visor in smoky gray and it's perfect for very bright winter days when the sun reflects off the snow, but it's too dark for the summer.

Reduces glare and light intensity, but I have brown lenses and everything doesn't look too dark to me. It fits comfortably over my prescription glasses. These are big sunglasses and they look too big but they fit my face and I love them. It helps a lot with eye pain when I have a migraine.

They were slightly larger than my previous pair of the same size (L) but I took them to the optometrist and they were able to heat the plastic and make them more dense. Now they are fine. Also, the product number I replaced was 24207A, which was what it said on the box, but the goggles themselves are marked 24207CE. I called Solar Shield and they had no idea why as it was from a third party.

This is my second order and I still love it. The first ones I ordered a few years ago have withstood very heavy use. I walk dogs, I chew them, I put them in bags, I throw them. Still fits and still protects me from the sun. I ordered new ones so there are no traces of dog teeth. :-) Means sit perfectly over my glasses. I love these glasses. They fit over my clear prescription glasses, do the job perfectly and are not expensive. That's good news. The bad news is that they scratch easily and the lenses pop out if you drop them. Frames are usually fine, but they can break. HOWEVER - for the most part I'm still happy with these glasses and you can usually put the lenses back in if you try. For their price they are very reasonable.
