Fire hazard for soldering irons and irons

So when I bought this product I was very excited. The concept, functionality and price were great. I've used it several times and it worked great! The last time I used it, I pressed the power button and the device made a nice popping noise and a ton of smoke came out from everywhere. I was very shocked to say the least. When it cooled down I opened the side cover and saw that the wiring was completely burned (see photo). I could not believe such a fire hazard. Have owned this product for about…

Solder tin constantly gets stuck in the feeder. The soldering end does not come into contact with the heating element!

I ordered this soldering iron set after reading the reviews and watching the seller's video. The concept of automatic solder feeding is very clever; However, this weapon does not work. A few problems I found.1. There is a huge gap between the soldering tip and the heating element. If we manually adjust the solder tube guide and move it closer to the heating element, the solder wire will be visible in the gun head.2. Ideal for those who have trouble getting into places where you can't use both hands.

I hope Revain allows this review. I had to repair the charging port on a small Lenovo IdeaPad 110s-11ibr laptop because one of the two power connectors became detached from the charging port. Don't use your other hand to apply solder, this soldering gun is perfect for repairs like this. It only took 1 hour to remove the motherboard, re-solder the connection and then reassemble the laptop.
