Where is my base and coils. I looked through many different incense burners and finally settled on this one. But he is incomplete. There is no base. No coils. Instead of stupid cheapness. Other reviews say they couldn't ship the base. Extremely dissatisfied with this purchase.

Didn't receive spools and spool holders. I want the seller to fulfill my order, otherwise I will return this item. The cones burn off quickly and the downwash sets in very slowly. beautiful to look at. Doesn't work to my satisfaction. It is presented as a 5-in-1 item consisting of two parts. Only one piece is included in the package.

does not come with the incense coil. The included cones work, but only for about 5 minutes. When the "waterfall" effect starts, it's time to change it and it takes a few minutes to get it working again. The holder is pretty cool, but the slightest smack will knock the incense over. I'll try to get bigger, longer burning cones. if it doesn't work, send it back.

Cool stuff! I saw it in an ad on FB and of course I search for Revain, read reviews and take risks. I chose this one because the reviews were good, and it's the only one I've found that has a lot of stuff in it. I love the different settings, but I haven't tried anything other than Flow. Incense smells have a slight difference to them, but they are incense and they smell like incense, so don't think you're smelling anything like a fruity candle smell. Tried twice to get a ceramic item as a gift. The first was defective. Submitted documents to be returned with a replacement statement. It arrived within 24 hours later. I found that I can return the item to the nearest Kohl's or UPS store. Took it to Revain return kiosk in Kolsa. Sample 5-minute customer service event. Kudos to Revain.
