Type of review

I chose this model after checking several other competitors, there is no other that can match the quality and functionality of this model. The Solsons Self Adjusting Wrench is an industrial quality tool that replaces multiple wrenches in your tool bag. Highly recommended for your tool bag as it will last for years.

Unhardened teeth in wrenches

I bought this tool to set the tie rod when aligning. When I first used it, the gripper teeth were aligned so they wouldn't bite the tie rod. Without hardened teeth like I expected (similar to a pipe wrench), this tool is virtually useless. I would not recommend it to anyone for serious/heavy work. I'm still looking for a good tie rod tool that's smaller than a pipe wrench.

Pros
  • power and hand tools
Cons
  • brittle

Use it in production line, keep up the good work!

I use it at work to quickly remove welding tips from robots on a production line. I like it, it's small, compact and quite light considering how well it holds up. I don't think it will break as easily as my other speed wrenches. First, it could have been about 2 inches shorter, would fit my pocket better, but no. The ones I found are made so small that I think they have more leverage. I would recommend this speed screwdriver, it simplifies and speeds up the work enormously!

Pros
  • Hand tool
Cons
  • Long delivery
