An awesome tool with tons of potential

I love how easy it was to set up in our Slack channel! It's super flexible and allows us to customize exactly what we need for each team member. The setup process can be pretty confusing - there are many options you have to choose between when setting up the bot. We were able to get some really specific questions answered very easily but if someone just wants general information about something they might struggle. This has been helpful in speeding up communication within our organization. Our

An intuitive system with no downside

So far, I like that the product is constantly evolving. As I can see, it's constantly being improved and developed. The application is simple and easy to use, which makes it a great product for a first time user. I have not found any downsides yet, but I'm sure there is something that I don't know about.
