🚰 Soma Water Filter Replacements Review

Bought the original filter jug and it worked great. The filters worked perfectly and quickly. This is the first time I've bought replacement filters and they don't work at all! It takes forever to fill a pitcher with water. Very frustrating!

It doesn't work! I bought the original jug with filter, everything works. Filters water perfectly I bought a kit from this seller after 2 months and now these don't work! Water drips at a rate of 1 drop per second. It takes half an hour to fill a jug! HORRIBLE! Worst of all, there's no swap option, so I'm without filtered water for about a week. I strongly recommend NOT purchasing this item or this seller.

The jug itself is well designed and functional. I really like that you don't have to open the lid to hold it under a jet of water, you just let the jet of water push the lid off the lid by itself. Filters are difficult to replace and keep them working properly. I'm considering just buying a Britta Kanne because it gets annoying when a new filter actually works! and don't drip one drop at a time. I don't recommend taking them or a jug.

Bought for my carafe, works great! The taste of the water is amazing, I'm very satisfied. Just a red flag, when I decided to open an extra bag of filter paper to save space in my kitchen cupboard (as they come in lovely individual bags anyway) I found mold on the sides of the paper bag! It was a bit of a concern, but the mold was just a small spot and there was no mold on the individual filter bags. I opened one up just to make sure there was no mold in the bag and the filter itself so…

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The filter that came with the jug was just great. It was relatively quick and took less than an hour to drink 2-3 cups of water. The replaceable filter, as many say, practically does not work. One drop per second and we followed the directions completely. We love the jug, but the filter is practically useless. I hope they come up with something better in the future. In the meantime, it looks like we're on the hunt for a new filter jug.

I love my Soma filter carafe. However, I don't want to get caught in the membership replacement filter. I found this product on Revain and buying 2 each time is the best way to keep up with replacements. The filter is very good and gives the water a fresh and natural taste. I will continue to buy these replacement parts from this seller. Unfortunately, Soma has not found a safe way to dispose of used filters.
