Was assembled normally. Not exactly my favorite thing to do or anything, but okay. I like that you can do what you need. I use in my class to organize my lab trays. It was hard to find something that was the perfect size to hold the trays and signature materials we use, but was still affordable. Happy to find it!

I LOVE the look of this product and it's the perfect size for me! But there's a problem with assembling it, it was very difficult because things didn't line up properly, so it wasn't very strong. So if you try to move it even a little, everything will fall apart and collapse! I wish things were better in this case, I would definitely buy more for other rooms and gifts!

While routing the storage cube was fairly easy, trying to connect the connectors to the wire shelves without breaking it was definitely problematic. Luckily, the wire tray came with a couple of extra connectors to allow the device to be used. In addition, the black paint on the wire shelves peels off easily. I would not buy this item again.

Corner pieces were difficult to assemble and hold even with a hammer. I will say that after several connections and reconnections I finally got the configuration I wanted and so far it has stayed together. Since I didn't use any of the image layouts, I could have used a few more angles, but contacting the company is not enough. I'll just leave the rest of the shelves and walls to see if I can use them in the future.

I have collected many items over the years including several sets that are similar to this product. And yes, you want your corner pieces to fit snugly together. It was funny. I have a lot of stubbornness, but this unit almost defeated me. Silicone work gloves, plenty of patience and full body weight/leverage all morning finally did the job. I'm a small older woman so almost anyone can do it but it shouldn't be that hard. I write this review and then I take a nap. Wow! I deserve it.

I can fit a lot of other things in my 8ft 2 tier closet. It looks great and with sections everything is neatly organized. I am now ordering more for my other 2 closets. Be patient when putting things together. Maybe I shouldn't have done this, but in many cases I found it easier to gently use pliers to squeeze and hold the pieces together. Sometimes when you open something in another section it shows up. You'll have to go over it a few times to attach it firmly when you're done. Enjoy!

Once assembled this is a great and durable shoe rack. It replaces a much bulkier shelf and holds almost the same number of shoes but takes up much less space. assembly problem. Great product but the build almost made me want to keep going. I almost gave up on this cumbersome locking system, but eventually decided to watch a few YouTube videos instead. This was extremely helpful in understanding the design of the locking tabs to take full advantage of creating a configuration that fits my needs. With a little patience, my son's help, and a lot of determination, this shoe rack has been the best purchase for organizing my shoes and closet. It really is a life saver…
