Be careful who you buy.

This is not a product review. This is a warning that you are indeed receiving the correct product and/or SKU. I purchased this with a SKU that would allow me a competitive exchange, but when I received the product it was the wrong SKU. I had to return it (hopefully) having already spent money on my IT guy to install it. Now he has to redo everything with a new firewall.

Ideal for home or small offices.

Ideal for a small office or home, but more suitable for a small office environment to get some extra work done. Bought this for two small furniture companies that are in the same building and segmented everything by VLAN. Runs great and quiet, and Sonicwall's customer support is absolutely top notch.

Excellent protection every business should have

This is an upgraded unit from Sonicwall's junior range of devices. We upgraded to a device with a faster processor so we can use the full range of verification and protection levels at 100Mbps or higher. Sonicwall is the most trusted brand for cable-level network protection. It is necessary nowadays due to hackers, viruses, malware and random programs. There's never too much protection. Better to be safe than sorry. Great product and support.

Amazing product and software

TZ350 replaces TZ215. The process was easy as the TZ350 received the configuration backup file from the TZ215. There were still issues with the MySonicwall service not loading the latest firmware initially. Activating licenses was a problem because the procedure in the TZ350 admin didn't work. Eventually I called Sonicwall at home and the licenses were synced to my MySonicwall account. The user interface is completely different and takes some getting used to, but overall the TZ350 is far…

1-e-IT Store handled the transaction perfectly. I called Red twice and spoke to him - it wasn't difficult to reach him. I had a 6 minute chat in which he clearly outlined the terms of the SonicWall upgrade process which I appreciate as I didn't want to make the mistake of buying the wrong SKU but I wanted to save money by using the Benefits of SonicWall Leveraged Customer Loyalty Program. .
