Update: It's been two years and I finally bought one of these again because I lost one of the crystals and got a new phone case. I treat my cases quite roughly so I was surprised that one of the crystals didn't fall off for so long and despite a few minor skate scratches in my pocket with my keys and nail file it still retained its gold finish without fading.
