Great all round in-ear headphones

Perfect fit for my application and great price at only $25! You won't get studio quality sound for the price, but don't think they're made for that. They fold up, fit perfectly in a travel computer bag, have a good mic, sound great, are much more comfortable than earphones for all day use and have the same functionality. I have an iPhone 6 as a work phone and use it for hands-free calls, the mic controls on it do the usual things (hang up, click songs, etc.). I listen to music most of the day…

You are fantastic! Works great

These are not high end headphones that people pay $200 for. But for the price they are fantastic! The work is great. I've treated them with care and haven't had any problems with the connectors in the headband or in the ear cup, even showing signs of weakness. I've been using it regularly for 8 months now. The sound is great. I was very pleased with the depth of sound and the overall quality. Again, these aren't audiophile reference headphones, but they're good. The ear cushions feature natural

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Requires an outlet

The old adage "you get what you pay for" seems like a pretty typical answer that I think a fairly serious music listener (not necessarily a music lover) could give when trying out these headphones. This purchase of Sony headphones (generally my favorite brand) was a little cheaper than usual and the difference in sound quality is immediately and clearly noticeable. Bass and bass are tight and muddy - the mids (particularly) and treble can't even remotely satisfy the casual listener (in quiet…

Regular budget phones

I wasn't in the mood to spend crazy money on headphones. Especially online without being able to try them out. Not like it used to be, when there were only a few brands on the market. Now there are hundreds of them with prices in the stratosphere. It used to be possible to buy a pair of Walkman phones for under $15. I dared this. Still ok. The bass seems a bit overdone, but that may be due to my first picks. The overall sound and frequency response in the mid and high ranges is mediocre, not as

Impressive for the price!

I'll start by saying that Sony products win in terms of durability! I bought these headphones to replace my old Sony headphones which are over 6 years old and still work except the seal started to break which led me to buy a Sony MDR ZX310. For cheap headphones they sound great, especially when listening to bass music! Other comments have mentioned that they aren't loud enough or that the singers sound muffled. I disagree with loudness/loudness, they sound loud enough for healthy listening. I…

Great headphones, I still use them!

When I bought these earbuds earlier this year I was looking for quality, inexpensive earbuds that look good and sound decent. First, I didn't want to waste my arms and legs on headphones. Second, I didn't want fancy headphones that would make me depressed if I said so. Accidentally sat on it and broke or lost it. Before I buy anything (and that may sound good or bad lol) I spend at least a few days researching to find the best item at the lowest price. It takes a few days if not more because…

Great value for money with very good sound!

If you're used to in-ear headphones or other cheap headphones, you'll love the Sony MDR-ZX310! The sound is very good and balanced, although not quite on the level of professional headphones. But they are not designed for that. They cater to a wide range of people who just love listening to their favorite music — people who want something better than headphones but don't want to pay $180 for established headphones like the Beats. I used to listen to Beats Solo headphones. These $20 Sonys are…

Great sound, great build quality, great price.

WARNING: I am by no means an audiophile. However, music lovers should keep their hands off cheap headphones anyway. I bought these headphones because I didn't want to go deaf with in-ear or in-ear headphones. I also didn't like the Panasonic RP-HT21 on-ear headphones, which are so quiet compared to these headphones. Compared to the headphones I've used so far (Samsung in-ears, Sony in-ears, Skullcandy in-ears), these headphones are by far the best. I also checked the quality of BOSE, Beats and…
