I use them for transcription, the best!

I rarely write reviews but I had to do this one. The day I received them I had a horrible sniffle so I connected them wrong to the auxiliary cord so I figured they wouldn't work and returned them to exchange for another pair that I did connected to networks this time. the right way! I have an old pair of these that are badly worn so I wanted a new pair and they work fantastic. I work from home and do transcriptions and I think they are of better quality than pedal hats. I get a crisp, clear…

Gives as much as you need

For the size and shape the sound quality is decent. They aren't designed for noise cancellation, which is one of the reasons I buy them. I use them for running and working, so I like to be aware of my surroundings. I bought them specifically for training and wanted to save money I would have spent on the MDR-Q68LW. So here are the pros and cons. Pros: Once you put them on, they stay with you. Observe what surrounds you. Versatile and durable cable. and they're not the most comfortable I've had.

Completely useless design.

I don't know what the designers were trying to achieve here. The current status of the fit of this product leaves a lot to be desired. In my experience, this type of headphone is preferred by people who wear glasses and is bought specifically for this purpose, so that the ears do not press against the glasses and cause pain. Getting dressed is a chore, and holding it becomes painful. After a while, the ears begin to hurt like ordinary headphones without being pressed against the skull. That's a

Good sound but a little uncomfortable with prolonged use.

I use them as everyday headphones because I'm one of those rare weirdos who likes these clip-on clips instead of earbuds. I really miss the clips on older Sony models that had more rounded plastic clips as they are intentionally knobbed to provide a stronger grip on the ears as they are meant for running or exercising. Unfortunately, this means that if you use the headphones for more than an hour or two you're likely to experience earache and fatigue, but if you're only using them for their…

Great set of headphones for everyday use in this style

I fell in love with this style of headphones after buying a pair of Sony MDRQ22 years ago and then switching to the MDR-Q23 when the Q22 was discontinued and I needed another pair. This is a great successor in terms of iteration of this product line. The fit and feel is very similar with the unique on-ear clip still located over the ear in regards to headphone drivers. If you liked these previous products and are looking for a second pair or need a replacement then this is for you rather than…
