I have had problems playing DVDs without periodic playback pauses. Considering the price of even this refurbished unit, I am considering sending the unit in for an exchange. For the price I expected the device to work 100% as advertised. In addition, the remote control does not immediately respond to commands. I hate to see what it will cost me to return this item!
