Well built tripod. Each leg has 4 sections instead of 3. This helps increase strength and stability. The controls on the handle make recording videos very easy. This isn't a professional tripod for 40-pound cameras, but it can handle any Sony consumer camcorder very easily. The only minor downside is that controlling the zoom speed with the knob can be a bit tricky. However, if you're tired of the raw, cheap tripods that sell for $30-$40, treat yourself to this one.
