GREAT headset!: Headphones

I am very happy with the Sony headphones as they sound amazing, are comfortable and all the bells and whistles work well. I mainly use them for conference calls and the microphone works very well. I'm also really happy with the battery life and the fact that the headphone holder is also powered so I don't have to plug it into a power source to charge it. Standard headphones aren't very comfortable, but there were several options in the kit and I found a size that fits perfectly. Would recommend

Great headphones for the average person.

Excellent headphones. I connect them to my Galaxy S20 and they connect instantly and stay connected. I've had trouble turning them off in the past, but tweaking some settings in the Sony headphones app helped reduce those issues. I get excellent battery life from the headphones. One thing I definitely recommend is the extra earbuds. My ear canal must be weird because most ewr tips felt either too loose or too tight, but I finally found the right tip for my ear. Use them every day at work with…

Insane sound quality

I'm not an audiophile but I'm a professional music producer and I can attest that this sounds amazing. I actually previously had a Sennheiser Momentum 2 but had to send it back because it didn't fit and was irritating my right ear. Sony are comfortable and sound fantastic. The Sennheisers sounded a bit louder, but the Sonys are a bit clearer and have a tighter bottom end. They also have MUCH more headroom, so you don't have to turn them up louder and risk distortion. The equalizer is excellent,

Bluetooth keeps dropping out. Battery life too short

Sound quality is good. Bluetooth function is very bad. keeps falling. Does not automatically connect to the device. You have to choose manually. Headphones don't fit properly. I've tried all the tips, including additional ones I received from a different brand seller. When you pay such a premium price, the features should also be reasonable and work at their best. The first time I ordered and received an empty box without headphones, a charging case and a charging cable. Came back and filed a…

They would be great if only they could stay in my ears

The sound quality is severely overshadowed by the chunky design. I've tried (unsuccessfully) about a dozen earbuds of different shapes/sizes to keep them in my ear. The ones that are most effective make me feel like I'm going to hurt my eardrums, but still don't give me confidence that I can do much more than go with them. Forget walking or bending over. For some reason there are no "winged" or "ribbed" (whatever they're called?) headphones on the market that fit this model. I've tried…

The worst! for Headphones

I looked at consumer reviews and found these to be the best noise canceling headphones so I bought them. I barely survived that day, I hated her so much. You have to double press to answer the call, but I kept hanging up because I couldn't tell if the headphones answered the double press. You can't just say answer like my Jabra headphones do, which also have a handy button that lets you know they're answering and they answer as soon as you take them out of the case. Siri or Google functionality

Works great!: In-Ear Headphones

Although I pre-ordered the XM4 headphones right after they were announced, there were only rumors that the XM4 headphones would be out towards the end of the year. Not wanting to wait, I ordered these XM3s for gym and home use. I like the touch controls that give the user everything except the volume control (which can be easily swiped over the headphones). The right earbud controls the music: pause/play, skip/repeat. while the left earbud controls noise cancellation and ambient noise. Ambient…

Great deal especially when compared to AirPod Pros

I don't usually write reviews but this was a great deal. I bought the AirPod Pro after my Ear Fun Air Pro's noise canceling system started making noise. I've waited a few weeks for them to arrive and was very happy to receive them, but when I finally received them they were a huge disappointment in terms of sound quality and fit. I adjusted them as best I could, but they just weren't up to the standard I felt for a $200 pair of headphones, especially Apple headphones. I actually felt that the…
