Ideal for connecting a headphone amp

This item does what it was designed to do. If you have a Sony NW-ZX2 and want to connect it to a high-end headphone amp, this is the one for you. Works perfectly.

Pros
  • Well made
Cons
  • Zero

It's the right cable but expensive

I want it for Ifi dac nano. It's the right cable, but expensive. I can't and don't have DAC in my country. Problem with all SONY in Greece and managers, very bad communication in Greece, SONY.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Negative gift

Didn't work with NW-ZX300 or NW-A45

Unfortunately the one I received didn't work. I've tried connecting the NW-ZX300 and NW-45 to the TEAC UD-505 USB DAC/Amplifier but there is no signal. The text "Locked” simply flashes on the TEAC display. I've tried two different USB cables, an unnamed standard cable and a Chord Co. cable, to no avail. The TEAC DAC is my only option at the moment and I can't rule out that it's the problem. I didn't have any other problems connecting USB peripherals, so I have to assume that the adapter is…

Digital optical output for your Flash-based Walkman

I wanted to connect my Walkman to a digital input device (in this case a DAT deck) and using a third-party adapter to the Sony WMC With NWH10 you can easily receive digital signals. It gets hot and uses quite a bit of Walkman battery power, but other than that it's a great adapter for the digital audio connection between your Walkman and an audio system with digital input.

Pros
  • Fits many
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Well it's well built

Great build quality, very well built I don't need to test the sound quality, I've tried connecting it to a Specter X with a Type-C adapter, not sure whether it's a Specter X or an adapter. it worked on my cell phone

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • Updated

Good for me - cables and connections

If you want your wm1a/z to be a digital output device gi will get it. I connect it to a DAC, it works very well. Now I don't have to turn on my laptop anymore. Very convenient update only 3 days after purchase. 😂 I don't know what happened. When I played dsd it came out with a hiss. At first I thought one of my devices was interfering with this. So I reconnected it, it doesn't work anymore! I mean the left corner of my wm1a screen doesn't say "USB connected", my wm1a can't see that USB. I'll…
