I like that my team can share documents with each other so easily. I also like that I can share documents with coworkers in other offices, which is great for collaboration. I like that it has all my folders, so they are easy to access with one click of my mouse; but also allows me to create multiple subfolders within said folder if necessary (like when working in different projects or at home vs work). It's not quite as customizable/interactive than other options offered out there - sometimes you can't figure how something is supposed to be done until after the fact!
