Sage is an ancient healer. It smells great, especially during the winter months or when you're feeling a bit tired. In fact, a hot sage compress can help bring down a high fever when applied to the abdomen. Just put a plastic bag over it to keep it warm and it works wonders! I LOVE oil. Perfect for adding to a bath or simply after a shower to hydrate and heal. It's also very invigorating! I highly recommend it if you're a sage lover like me! Enjoy!
