Love the fact that you can change the strap. But it was a sealed plastic bag, and the only thing missing was a metal clasp. The bracelet pin and the center of the clasp were there. ? So I took it from my old (pain in the ass) from my old band. Put it on the new band and the pin in the middle is on the wrong side and I can't see it. arrrgh! Glad you can change that, just wish it was wrong to begin with.

I haven't used my Fitbit for almost 2 years because the strap broke. This shift group did a great job! I was a little shocked after reading some of the reviews. The instructions were clear with pictures. If you follow the instructions, do it slowly without tearing off the center piece, you should be fine. FYI, I used tweezers to pry out the NFC tag. I had to hard reset my Fitbit before it synced (I think I had to do more after not using it for 2 years).

My original Fitbit Charge HR strap has seen better days and I was in desperate need of a new one. I had a tangerine color and opted for a navy blue stripe. Installation was very easy and works great. If I had the opportunity to redesign it I would buy the band in the same color as my original Fitbit as the original color is visible from the side. The design seems normal but doesn't quite match the inside of the Fitbit. The button now has a constant knock and before I started gathering it there were indentations on it which is why it didn't click well. I wear a small Fitbit band, but this small band is a bit small for me. I go to the third hole and it won't fit in the loop. Not very comfortable to wear. The color does not match the picture well. This replacement band worked exactly as described and had all the tools I needed. My old group broke up, now I can use my Charge HR again. The only minor downside was that, as other reviewers have pointed out, the instructions that come with it aren't very clear. I watched a few videos on youtube before disassembling my old one. The quality of the bracelet itself is worse than the original. This is a more rigid and less flexible group. But it fits and works. The instructions are terrible. The screws are too small for even the smallest of hands, so I'd recommend lots of light and working on a firm, light-colored surface. They supply you with 4 new bolts, although they don't seem to tighten as well as the original bolts if you can avoid losing them during the disassembly process.
