I suspect this "method" led others to remove their negative reviews. If they hadn't, I probably would have realized that it's best to avoid this substandard product that ruined my Fitbit. Keep that in mind when reading reviews of this product. *** I would give less than 1 star if possible. Poor instructions in broken English, poor quality, the strap doesn't fit perfectly, forcing you to press it until the electronic case is damaged. Tools are of poor quality and will deteriorate after a short period of use. The back and sides are not replaced. So if the original strip was a different color, you'll end up with a weird mixture of colors. I was eventually able to push it in, but my Fitbit display stopped working and the battery vibrated. I'm sorry I got this. DO NOT BUY
