NOT waterproof or waterproof. Useless in the snow.

Super cute boots. My daughter used them (apparently) outdoors when snow sledding. These boots are not for playing in the snow, which we found. They are not waterproof or waterproof. Boots dried for 2-3 days. Very disappointing. We had to buy an extra pair of winter boots as they are practically useless in winter.

Pros
  • Style: Snow
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model

Passed the Wisconsin winter test!

Bought for my 8 year old who gets very hot outside! However, if you've been out for a while and they're not that high, the snow on your feet can go over the top. If you live anywhere in the snow you will understand what I am talking about. Highly recommended, still looks good after long use. Dressing and undressing is easy for the child to do alone. They also look way more stylish than most winter boots! More expensive than many shoes.

Pros
  • Heel size approx 1.25 inch
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Turns out small due to the thick insole, but overall great!

I'm a big Sorel fan and I still have a few pairs in size 5 (women's size 7). The Whitney II is noticeably more snug so I removed the insoles and they are much better. They have also stretched a bit over time and I can now wear them with pads. They're still a little tight, but the thickness of the insoles makes the boots incredibly comfortable, almost like slippers. I would hesitate to use them in mud and mud because of the light color but they are perfect for the cold. temperatures and light…

Pros
  • Upper: synthetic
Cons
  • I can't remember, but there was something
