I can't rate or rate this product as I've never used it. Although the description says it's compatible with Brother printers, my Brother printer didn't recognize it and gave me an error after installing it. After some research I found out that Brother printers only work with Brother toner and drum replacements. I returned the item and received my refund quickly.

Tried both cartridges when they arrived and both worked. I can't comment on how they perform over time and if there are any issues I will change my rating. So far, so good. They are very affordable, much cheaper than the Brother brand.

I purchased this product in January 2020. The package contains 2 toners. I used a toner and today when asked to replace the toner I installed another new one and it doesn't work. The printer keeps asking me to "replace toner". But that second toner that came in the box is brand new. I don't know if there is a "compatibility issue" or if the product is not working properly. Please let me know.

Toner does not work with HL-L2370DW printer. The printer just doesn't recognize it. Edit: I saw another reviewer saying one toner works and the other doesn't. I tried it and the other one worked so I'm changing the rating. It would be nice if both worked, but the price is still a lot better than Brother's.

Good value for money. Not as clean and crisp as the original, but nowhere near the price. I use it to print shipping labels, kids assignments, and the occasional college study material. It meets my requirements and will order again in due course.

So far I have used one of the two toners. I think I printed around 150-200 pages. It worked well. The printer recognized the toner without any problems. I'm not an expert, but the print quality is similar to the original toner. Since the scope of the site seems good to me, I have raised my rating from 4 to 5 stars.

I pinch myself for how cheap (2 for $23) these toner cartridges are. They crashed into my front door and were in my printer in less than 3 minutes. It probably took 2 minutes to open the box and get the cartridge out of the pouch and foam. One minute left to pry off the orange protective plate. Shake it, take out a used Brother toner cartridge, put it in and hit print on my laptop. The test document is beautifully, clearly and richly printed (is that a word rich?). LOVE IT. Just hope it lasts.
