This HP564 XL and the photo black ink didn't work with my printer! HP Photosmart 7520!

Before purchasing this HP 564XL and the black photo packaging for my HP Photosmart 7520 I read the reviews from these customers. Gave 5* and good comments. So I ordered it. After I put it in my printer, it doesn't work! I've tried many times! I still can't! So I opened another and opened another! By the time all 4 black inks have opened, 2 other colors have also opened. Still nobody could work!
