Present for my mom! Very beautiful and I asked them to resize the photos so they came out very nicely. The only thing is that the locket is very small and therefore quite difficult to open.

This company cares about their products. Comes in a nice box with a meaningful note. Beautiful, as in the photo. Is a blue plastic heart included to open the locket? It didn't work, too big but my nail worked fine. My only constructive feedback would be to provide a medallion sized template to overlay (resize) a photo for better placement and cropping. The photo space is very small, about 1/2 inch at the widest part of the heart. I even had to resize the small photo I found of my late husband's

I think she always dreamed of having a locket like this and the personalization made it special to her. The embedded photo of our daughter looks great and the engraving on the back (albeit limited in length) did a great job.

. VERY disappointed in this pendant after reading so many rave reviews. It looks like a very cheap and overpriced Mardi Gras souvenir. . "Sterling" is mostly nickel and has become so tarnished that it would require a professional cleaning to see what's really inside. Edit: Refund refunds take a whopping 30+ days! This is bad customer service.
