These headphones are great when they work, and they look great too. However, they have issues with durability. The microphone and volume/pause lock stop working after a while. My first pair stopped working after 3 months. The second pair stopped at 1 month. I only use these headphones on the way to work, so I haven't been physically demanding since then.

This is my third pair of SoundMAGIC monitors. (They're accurate enough that I've used them as IEM headphones on stage.) My original 2009 PL30s still work but will soon be phased out. My dog ate the 2nd pair (E10 - they were good but I didn't like them as much as PL30). We haven't broken in yet, but so far we're ready, so far so good.
