If you're ordering a 12x12, plan on just over 11x11 made of perfectly square stock with perfectly even edges. What can I say, great thing. One star deducted for lack of packaging. There have been many complaints about damage in transit. Mine came as part of a larger order so it was in the box with other items. If the description says the size is 300mm x 300mm that would be more accurate. So on average it was about 4mm smaller.
