Great for not getting in the way of the echo dot in my bathroom. I bought my bathroom blip to use as a safety measure in case I slip or fall in the bathroom as I live alone. This wall mount kept the tip off the counter and from getting wet. The cord wraps nicely in the stand so the cord is not visible at the plug. I recommend using it in the bathroom for those who live alone.

First of all this item comes without instructions. You must be careful when inserting the Echo, otherwise the bracket may break. However, I bought two of these, mainly because there is almost no free space anywhere in the house we just bought. These holders get Alexa out of the way, but still keep her at conversational distance. They're made well enough to withstand the strain - they just hang in the outlet that powers them. In short it hides the power cord very well and allows to get the echo out of the way which is what I wanted. My only criticism is that the plastic holders are tough and it can seem like you are raking the Echo in and out of the holder and/or parts could break. However, none of my fears came true, so I downgraded one star purely for reliability. For the price it did exactly what I wanted so I'm a happy customer and recommend it!

Overall this is a great idea and has helped my Echo Dot look good. Two things I'd like to change: 1 - allow orientation to be changed and make it work with the Echo Dot above - the weight pushes the PSU out of the socket - they could use a magnet for the output screws. 2 - When you unplug the stand, the power stays connected, so a cut out in the side panel of the stand would solve this problem. Otherwise I am really satisfied with the product.

I love the idea behind this product. It keeps the echo dot secure and allows you to "wall mount" it to an outlet. The design allows the point to be placed either below or above the outlet. I think if you use it below gravity it works in your favor, but if you mount it above the outlet the weight of the tip complicates things a bit. staggers.
