Spectra Premium 94692 Heater Accord Review

I recently purchased a replacement heater for my vehicle and I am thrilled with its performance. Through trial and error, I found that this product not only has easy installation but also releases heat quickly and evenly. The Spectra Premium heater is perfect for any automotive and is a great investment. The only possible con is that it can be a bit noisy when turned up to high settings. Overall, I highly recommend this product to anyone in need of a reliable heater for their vehicle.

The tubes are not bent properly, but this is normal. It hasn't leaked yet. That's a good thing, because PITA goes with it. The price was good, delivered quickly. It will be sad to trade the original old soldered brass-copper block for scrap metal. It only lasted 29 years. Hope the new one lasts half as long.

Keep that in mind although this is a fairly high quality heater core. With the Accord 92 you have to modify parts of the radiator housing to make it fit! It was about 4-5mm longer, so we had to dremel (reshape) the drive arm so that once installed it would still rotate over the now widened plastic end cap. What affects leverage? Time will tell if the lever will hold after this adjustment.
