I ordered this for my wife's Legazy Outback 96. I compared it to $100 at an auto parts store. Installed easily and works great. This coil is paired with new spark plugs and cables and your engine runs like new. To be honest I was shocked at the performance restored just by replacing the old coil. Make sure you check the manufacture date of your Subaru (driver's side door jamb) to ensure it is the correct part. At least for 96 models since they changed mid-production.
