🔧 Spectre Performance 2260 Magnaclamp 3/8" Fuel Line Fitting: Robust & Efficient Solution Review

This item is more pink than red, and too different shades of pink, I blame the seller, looks like a very old item, one will flap next time I order from Summit race.

They worked great when I needed to fix the fuel line on my 2001 Silverado. I've used them with some 3/8 inch braided stainless steel fuel lines. I had no leaks and they were very easy to fix. use and install.

they're cheap and break too easily. Because they fit 3/8 and 5/16 hose ends too well, using 3/8 hose leaves too much slack between the hose and fitting. They are good for cosmetic purposes, not something you rely on.

I used these for the vacuum lines on an MG Wagoner PCV variable valve fitted with a trap running a 625cc Street Demon carburetor. feet per minute. They aren't difficult to put on, it took a bit of patience and finesse like any I've ever used in this style. I always lay the clip out of view and the end result is a nice clean finished product. Inexpensive to buy and looks much better than the planned black vacuum line

Clamp body very loose. I suspect most others are like that anyway. The reason for this is that the clip itself is inside the case and therefore takes up space. The sleeve does not hold the hose in place. Big disappointment. If they make a "comb" for the clamp, it will fit very well. I give 2 stars because of the price I can get much cheaper if I have time to wait. The cap can also fall off very easily. I lost half an hour fishing it out of the motor because it fell off.
