Chromed plastic, fooled me on the pictures. never mind I went to the installation, the adapter for the Subarus, the mass air flow meter didn't fit. Tried to install it on a 2019 Forester. I was hoping it would be perfect! 4 stars because I'm pretty sure it's just outdated. Fits my 08 fxt

None of the fittings will fit the Denso-Maf sensor. I would return but the plastic tube fits perfectly down to the mounting plastic Luckily I have a Dremel 3D printer so I was able to reprint the next one and install the screw mount from the other. And I used 3M double glue to seal. Not worth the money if you need to change it to work

Don't lie I was a little disappointed when it came out and it was plastic. Other than that, it seems pretty strong as I was pretty rough on it when I installed it. There was some plastic left over from the casting process on the threaded inserts of the adapter plate, but this was removed immediately. All the screws are aligned and it fits snugly in my ghost filter. Overall not a bad product. If only metal.
