As with this item the hardware itself is fine but the screws provided were ridiculous. I took off one star (wanted to take off 2 stars) because you can't/may not use the screws that came with it. Two of these broke during installation; anyone heard of it? Luckily we had "real" screws that worked and saved the day. Product concept is great. However, the screws that come with the product are terrible. They're probably made of the cheapest metal. I had the head of a screw cut off and the shaft remained in the tree and was impossible to remove. Two screws had their heads snapped off and became very difficult to work with.
