Spectrum Over Metal 16400 Color Review

In one year I bought 20 of these in 3 different orders. We absolutely LOVE these hooks. They are easy to use and because they are covered with soft plastic, they won't scratch the doors or make a rattling noise when opening/closing the doors. We hung 20 pounds on a hook with no problem. We use them on bedroom doors, dressing room doors and small wardrobes with folding doors. Fits well. Very happy with it.

These hooks will not fit the doors in my house which are thicker because I live in a dorm and are required by fire codes. I wanted to use them to hang a fabric shoe rack, but the holes in them were too small for the hooks. I bent the metal grommets of the holes and managed to push the hooks through, but it took more effort than I wanted to invest. Now they are hanging on my bunk bed. Good product but doesn't work for what I wanted and doesn't match my doors.

You can close the door with these wonderful door hooks. I bought one a while back and found they are now sold at Revain so just bought a 4 pack. The main thing is that they fit doors up to 1 3/8 inch thick. For those worried about scratches, I've never had a problem, but the secret is to put a small piece of felt between the hook and the door if you have any problems with that.
