Got the boots in the mail, opened, they look great but as soon as I opened the package I found a Macy's check for 16.50 in my box 🤔🤔 same as anazon who sells used items. I tried to contact support but no response

Bought these for my daughter to wear on her pre-k days. She liked them at first, but she had worn them for less than two months and both shoes were completely off. They have only been worn in light rain/mud driving from the car to school and have never seen snow. I can't believe the current state.

The box was broken. The threads on the boots came loose. Abrasion on the side, tears on the upper and a stain on the shoe tongue. quality is so bad. Apparently worn and returned. Made in Vietnam, not the USA. after 5 years as a member of Revain.

Very comfortable, EASY wipe down, very easy for the child to put on, great color if your child doesn't like shoes like mine.
