SpiceSMS is very helpful and user friendly

I love being able to connect my business with people who are interested in what we offer! It's not always easy for me personally but it doesn't have too much of anything bad about this software because everything works well as far as connecting clients or potential ones with our services go!! Sometimes things don’t work out like they should be so please try your best if these happen at all. If there were any problems between myself & client then i would definitely recommend others use spice…

  • I dislike that it is hard to schedule appointments with clients when they have too many appointments

Excellent, well rounded product perfect especially during these difficult times

The ability for users like me with limited technical knowledge or expertise in IT tools can use this software without having any problems whatsoever! It's easy enough even I (a non tech person) got it up & running quickly so others who are not as quick at getting things done will be more successful too!! There isn't anything about my experience using SPICESEND which has been negative - they've always responded promptly when needed via phone call / eMail etc., but if there was something else…

  • The customer service is exceptional and the company has been responsive to all issues as they arise
Cons
  • Nothing really we've never experienced a glitch with the software and no complaints have ever been received about our time using the service
