My husband likes to shop for spices. Now he has so many of these it's getting a bit ridiculous and I needed a way to organize some of them. They worked very well. I was looking for spice bottles with a flip top lid that would allow me to use a measuring spoon and be able to to level it without using a knife. I also wanted to organize my spices into uniform sized containers. I had a couple of plastic bottles from Penzey's but they only had a cap under the cap which I had to remove when I needed to measure, and I doubt they are BPA free. There are 2 holders with 5 containers each. Using double sided tape on the holders, I simply taped mine to the side of my fridge that is next to my work area. The capacity of the containers is larger than it appears. I thought that I would fill them up all the time, but it turns out I was wrong. The holes on the side are big, so you have to be careful when using e.g. minced garlic, salt, pepper etc. I use a lot of Italian spices and they need to be shaken because of course this spice is not a…
