There are 2 holders with 5 containers each. Using double sided tape on the holders, I simply taped mine to the side of my fridge that is next to my work area. The capacity of the containers is larger than it appears. I thought that I would fill them up all the time, but it turns out I was wrong. The holes on the side are big, so you have to be careful when using e.g. minced garlic, salt, pepper etc. I use a lot of Italian spices and they need to be shaken because of course this spice is not a powder. A viewer said each container holds 1/4 cup. I've tested it with garlic and it's correct, but you won't get 1/4 cup in a container with spices and not powder. This is not a problem. For the price and the practical aspect, this product is a winner. If I used more spices I would buy more. (COLUMBO - THERE'S ANOTHER THING: These lids are the same as the condiment jars you buy at the store. It's a good idea to save some of these lids when you empty the jar that the product is in. You know , as it is when it comes to plastic covers crack with prolonged use - rare, but it happens.
