Spigen Rugged Armor Pro Apple Watch Band with Case - 44mm Series 6/SE/5/4, Black Review

Very well built, the watch fits perfectly with no problems putting it on and taking it off...at the same time it is very tight and the holes are absolutely perfect... Very well built and comfortable to wear wear, don't add much to the watch but feel very well protected.

This thing looked and felt like it was coming out of one of those vending machines where you hold two quarters together and turn the knob. How is the gumbo machine? Or like one of those condom/cologne dispensers at the rest stop. I felt really weird stuffing my $700 modern technological marvel into it, and even weirder squeezing a cheap 1980's clasp around my wrist. It doesn't protect the screen from scratches, that's the only reason I originally wanted it.

Update 12/09/2020 - Two stars removed. The watch case is broken. A thin piece of plastic on the crown is torn down the middle. Right now it's just held in place by a piece of silicone behind it. The product engineer should have anticipated this vulnerability and provided additional support or assistance in this area. Poor design at a weak point indicates that this is otherwise a great case. The bracelet is beautiful and durable. I can't compare myself to previous Spigen watch straps or any other brand - this is my first Apple Watch with a rubber strap. However, compared to the G-Shock, the design is on par and doesn't feel chunky on my wrist.
