Classic Leather White Spira Men's Shoes Review

Give this shoe 1 star. If there was an option I would give it zero. Very very very comfortable shoes but both soles. First the right one, then the left one, came off completely after a month and a half. And no, I didn't get wet. I didn't even wear them much. Spira shoes have held up very well in the past. This couple is very disappointing. No wonder they go broke.

Very comfortable shoes until you hear that creepy clicking sound from the sole of one of your shoes with every step you take. The wave springs that make this shoe so comfortable to walk on are made of steel that breaks after 2-4 months of walking, making the shoe ready to be thrown away. We ordered these shoes at the end of May. By the end of June they fell apart. It just went through the 30 day return window so we can't return it. My husband wore them for 3 weeks. I expect more durability from a $100 shoe than this one! Very disappointed, will not order again

I'm afraid to buy new shoes because I have a very wide foot and the break-in period is usually very long and painful, even if the shoes are 4E wide. Although my new Spira 4E is too narrow for my feet, it adjusts faster than any other shoe I've tried and the breaking-in process is less painful than usual.

I had to send them back and get a size up. This is the second pair I have bought for my husband just because he wore the first ones. He loves her.

This is the first time I have bought this size and the length is 1/2 inch longer than usual. The fit is snug but when you put them on and walk there seems to be a lot of room in the shoe. However, I can have problems with the width because the shoes put stress on the insole and when I stop walking my feet hurt.

I worked Spira Shoesspring in the casino industry for many years from 1992 to 2009 and found them to be very comfortable and durable with the only major complaint being that they wear out within 8-10 months. This made them expensive and of little value. But they were very comfortable. I only have to give two stars here. Spira is a comfortable work shoe, but its quality has declined. This pair has seen a drop in durability in just a few months as they squeak when stepped on and the internal springs weaken causing an annoying clicking noise. Suffice it to say that after 4 pairs I will not buy again.

Not particularly impressed with the product. I bought a half size up based on other reviews and the wide model but still found them a bit tight. I didn't feel any effect from the mentioned spring technique. The shoes are a bit heavy and I felt uncomfortable walking in them. Not worth the price.

I don't have it but it looks great but then I don't know the cost other than a fire stick and the technical finishing of the installation. I can buy it in the future by talking to someone who has it. dp

I spend all day on concrete floors and I bought my first pair probably three or four years ago and I will never be without them! I've had, or should I say had, moderate to severe pain in my legs for years and never had anything to relieve the pain before I bought Spira with Springs!

Shoes are fine! SPIRA is a great product and basically the only shoe I ever wear! But I gave this review ONE STAR because the price went from $71.39 to $99.41 on AMAZON in just three weeks. Does it make sense?

Great shoes! I wear them every day and lasted two years. I wanted to buy new ones and they cost $140. The latter were not that expensive. I'll get myself something else.

You will need to order them at least one size up and wider or wider and order a shoe tree so hopefully they will fit. It helped, but I still can't wear them. I can't send them back, but I've learned a good lesson. .Spira doesn't endorse their product either, bought a pair of them too. When I realized these shoes wouldn't fit, I sent them several emails to exchange the shoes I bought from them and never got a response. Great idea for shoes but don't buy them from Spira, they don't take them back

These were not the shoes I have ordered in the past. Too tight, too short and didn't seem to have the wave technology I was expecting from Spira. I sent them back to ebay.

In the past year the price has doubled and the quality has gone down. The rubber outsole has peeled off in a few places but can easily be fixed with Gorilla Glue etc.

They might have been good shoes, but I could hardly pronounce them. I ordered the size listed, as advertised, based on my current shoes, and gotten one size larger, EE. They were ridiculously tight. I was very surprised that the forefoot was so narrow. Which men's shoes are pointed? Pretty sure the 4E would be ridiculously tight too. The problem is the shape of the shoes. Check out the top and bottom views in the pictures to see what I mean. But the length was good.

These shoes are very heavy to walk on and do not provide adequate arch support. Very disappointed with this shoe. Exact;y as descrobed. quick delivery - ahead of schedule.!
