After burning an incense cone with it, the top of the lid melted the paint and it also felt very hot which was not worth my time and effort and Price.

Both my original order and my replacement arrived broken. Nice idea and the product itself seems decently made, but if you can't package the item to get it to its destination safe and sound, what's the point? Don't worry if you don't have enough time to deal with returns until they somehow get to you safe and sound.

The lid has holes for air circulation and smoke, but often it doesn't let enough air through and smothers the incense cones. I leave the lid open until it's about halfway down, then add the lid. So far I'm having about 30% success getting it to work. i love it anyway
