All the bulbs are plastic which is what I thought before buying. The low and high beams seem quite bright. I haven't driven the car since I installed it in my '91 Jeep. There is only a sticker on the packaging that says "Made in China". There is no schematic in the nose at all. Everything you need is made in China. The turn signals and daytime running lights will not work if you only plug the 3-pin connector into the yj factory harness connector. I'm not sure if this requires connecting cables.

First off, these are bright things! Works fine with some of the cheapest h4 led bulbs in the h4 case. But they have better cutoffs. Now for the pitfalls: 1. 105 watts. Not even close. I have a 2001 Cherokee Sport and just burned out another H4 bulb in my Cibie cases. Replaced the stock Wagner bulbs two years ago and noticed a big difference but was disappointed with the lifespan of the h4 bulbs. So I bought these after looking at a lot of different headlights on Amazon. I bought them because they were supposed to be 105 watts, they are 36 watts. i.e. 1/3 of the nominal power (and that on high beam). I thought I might have done something wrong so I checked the voltage at the plug and it was 13.2V so there might be a small voltage drop but not enough to severely affect performance. I may have made a mistake using the harness adapter, I might change it and see if it increases amps at all.

I bought these to upgrade my 1996 Jeep Cherokee from the H6054 halogen bulbs I was using and the difference is amazing. These headlights fit perfectly in the factory housing, which facilitates the installation and replacement of the bulbs, with the exception of routing the power cable for the daytime running lights, which is very simple and entirely optional.
